Prior to starting A14 Capital in 2021, Andy held senior investment and operational roles with several regional and national hotel companies. He also led several award-winning properties as General Manager, including Hampton Inn by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriott, and Residence Inn by Marriott.
Andy is a true visionary and leader in the hospitality industry. He was honored by Marriott with the Horizon Award in 2018 and has consistently been recognized for his leadership and skills by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He is also a frequent guest lecturer to hospitality and tourism students at various universities.
Andy is also passionate about supporting and giving back to the community. He serves on numerous tourism and lodging boards on the state and local levels, and he has been a luminary/instructor for the She Has a Deal competition.
